For the record, I did not have a heart attack. I had severe heart and chest pains and because of that I went to Bainbridge Hospital ER Saturday afternoon and then transferred to TMH on Sunday. Monday I had a catherization and later an echocardiagram. Those revealed no blockages, very little plaque, but a heart that was completely out of rythym. Tuesday morning I had a shock procedure to put my heart back in rythym. I am feeling much better and look forward to seeing you this Sunday.

My family and I wish to thank each of you for your calls, prayers, visits, and encouragements. We are thankfully blessed to be a part of this great congregation.

THANK YOU!

Paul

LIFESONG

The Children's spring musical was a wonderful experience. Everyone present last Sunday night was blessed beyond measure as we heard the children sing and watched them act. Each child=s face was shining with the love of Jesus. I truly believe they will all be leaders in the kingdom of God one day. They surely led us Sunday night.

A word of thanks to each parent who sees the value of Christian education through music as an important part of their child's spiritual growth. The values learned at church will far benefit and exceed anything they might find in sports, cheerleading or dance. Take advantage of this ministry by supporting your child's growth in choirs.

The leaders of our children deserve our highest praise. Each one of them sacrifice money, countless hours of time and effort for one purpose: THEY LOVE THESE CHILDREN!

Show your appreciation to them in every way you can. They are the finest Children's Choir workers I have served with in my 41 years of music ministry.
